Did I just get super lucky again and not notice an issue that I decided to immediately screw with...? :(

This is a known issue...an senior tech I know has fixed one pre-delivery in GA already. Info was submitted to Honda about it.

He said the clips built into the grill that hold it are very small and fragile...

What color was the car?

Bump! Just noticed this exact issue on my 18’ Si a few minutes ago. I’ll take some better pictures tomorrow morning but this is from a little photo shoot from earlier today in which I could notice the damage.

FYI, whoever said the clips were fragile were right. I had an accident last Wednesday and rear ended someone in a Pilot going roughly 7 mph and I lost multiple portions of the front grille. Like they snapped off.

I’m getting it all replaced with OEM stuff. But I couldn’t believe that I witnessed part of it fly off when I hit someone going what I think is fairly slow.

Just started to notice mine looks like it's starting to separate. It's nothing major yet, I'll likely mention it to them next time I bring it in for an oil change.

Anyone else front grill is coming off? Mine won’t even attach back, I’m not sure how this happened. I circled the spot I’m referring to.
Hey I had the same thing happen to mine. The first pic is how it was before and the rest are what I did to fix it. The only alternative is to buy a new bumper but for someone who can do that at the moment I think this is pretty good fix. Just make sure to use screws with a black head so they blend in

This makes me wonder if this is the case with the 2020s and 2021s? Grill is different...doubt clips are
