For those of you running 27Won BBK ...

Any chance you could drop your wheel/tire specs?! And pics would be very much appreciated!

I'm contemplating giving my current wheels to my GF so that I can get new wheels/tires that would clear the 27Won BBK kit. Hard to tell just by looking at wheel specs if it will clear or not... Example 18x8.5 +44 Titan7 TS5 clears but Enkei RPF1 18x9.0 +35 won't clear w/o spacers...

Def want 18" dia and I would ideally want to stay w/in 8.5-9" width. I know that 9.5" +38 would open the doors to many more options, but not sure if I want to run 255/35 year round and would rather find a wheel that fit 235/40 and not be stretched. Or even 245/40.

Guess nobody has the 27Won BBK...!

I did a little research and found some form-flow 18x9.0 +35 wheels that should clear, per the manufacturer. Going old-school with the classic 5-spoke pattern and definitely want the orange BBK!

Excuse the poor pic quality, but I couldn't find too many pics of this particular wheel (Forgestar CF5)

The McLaren has 19s and the NSX might also, but the Mustang has 18s.

I don't own the 27won bbk, but the paper template clears my 17x9 +40 konig hypergrams. The spokes are cut with extra brake clearance in mind--might be something else to look at in 18".

Of course my old wheels would not fit the new calipers, so those had to go. New ones are a set of 18x9 +35 RPF1 which does need a 5mm spacer to clear. One other set of wheels are Wedssport TC105n and TC005 (two and two). Both are 17x9 with plenty of clearance. Currently rubbered with Michellin pilot sport AS3+ on RPF1 and Yokohama A052 on Wedssports.

Yup, spoke design does have a lot to do wirh it. I scoured the forums and tried to find all the BBK posts I could to get a frame of reference!

Nice to know that those Konigs clear, but I already have the Forgestars on order

Will update this thread when I throw them em! And once again when I get the BBK on

The picture doesn't really show the clearance but it's the best one I could find right now. It clears easily by a thickness of 1.5x of my index thickness maybe even more.

Looks great!! Dang, I was actually looking at these wheels in this spec at one point. You have plenty of clearance!

I can easily fit my fingers between the spokes and the caliper in order to keep the calipers clean.

I dont have the kit bit i once tested the template on my 18x8 +35 TR Motorsports C4 and it had a decent amount of clearance. I would like to move to a set of Motegi MR145 18x8.5 +42 or +35 some day and hoping it clears the bbk.

I did send that template to the OEM and to Fitment Industries, and they confirmed the wheels should have ample clearance for the 27Won BBK.

I should've double-checked myself, but I just took their word for it

No, yeah, their word is most probably legit.

Just got my set of Motegi MR145 in today. Specs are 18x8.5 +42 and it easily clears the 27won kit and has enough clearance for the Stoptech kit. First pic is the 27won and the other is the Stoptech.

I have some Tesla 3 wheels and the 27Won BBk. The wheel specs are 18x8.5 +35 and i had to use at a minimum a 5 mm spacer. and just barely clears. It was probably the spoke design....

27won BBK installed behind the 18x9 +35 Forgestar CF5 wheels

I have PLENTY of clearance - nearly 1"
