yes it will throw a p0139. back when i was shopping for a dp/fp combo i did a ton of research and found that it will throw that code regardless of what brand. you can disable it with ktuner and you'll be all set. prl has a solid dp as well but the reason i went with rv6 was because it didn't require me changing the heat shield and it would fit with the stock shield. both are great from what I've read but that won me over with rv6
