Fog light on coupe with Honda sensing

So I have the coupe lx with Honda sensing and I’m looking to buy fog lights. Like the picture almost show, I guess I only need to cut a circle to fit them and do the wires?

any recommendations for a crazy bright fog lights?

Did you install your fog lights yet? I have sensing too. But I’m planning to reuse the fog light cover on the driver side which has the sensing radar.
