Fog light housing hole?

Got a puddle of water inside my passenger fog light housing and on closer look it seems like I have a hole at the top of both of my fog light housings, could this be where the water got in or is it just from using an aftermarket led that may have had a bad seal, I’ve bought from the brand I’m using before and have had o problems and driver side is completely fine no signs of water at all

Yeah, there shouldn't be a giant hole in the foglight. What the heck?
