Fog lamp kit for 2019 Lx sedan?

Is there a kit for the 2019 LX civic sedan? (Canada)
And would it be a like removing the panel piece Out of the bumper and replacing with the fog lamp kit and not like drilling a hole and mounting just a lamp to the bumper.

I'm looking for something similar as well. I have a 2020 LX Sedan, and have the same bumper/no fog light setup. Aftermarket would be best, as the OEM one is a bit pricey for the look. Also worth mentioning, for the 2020 at least, I'm told the radar sensor is behind the drivers side fog light panel, so I don't want to mess with that.
