I got those tweeters coming in what size is the dash one

3.5" I would check and see if there is another member or someone in you are that wants to go in together. Most speakers come in 2 pairs.

I’m going to delete the rear deck sub & use it as a port for my subs

A friend down the street is putting a 10" in the subs spot and building a box to enclose it that will attach to the rear dash deck. I will defininately post pics and video when its done.
