#KTuner is at it again! Things may appear to be quiet, but we have been aggressively testing the new #FlexFuel logic that integrates directly with the #Honda #CivicX ECU and allows us to compensate fuel, timing AND boost based on how much ethanol is in the fuel -- allow the car to adapt to whatever fuel you chose to run (pump gas or whatever your choice of ethanol blend is).
As we know these motors love #ethanol, and this makes blending fuel even easier and worry free! As you can see -- we are indeed running a 31% ethanol blend fuel right at this moment.
We've been rigorously testing our "Stage" tune and will have a Stage 1 (stock-ish vehicle) as well as a Stage 2 flex fuel tune available for the Si with the purchase of our "Plug and Play" flex fuel kit for the car (as easy as plugging in one fuel line and crimping a single wire for the signal into the ecu -- we will be providing a plug and play harness to make your life easier!).
Flex fuel kits should be ready to go in about 3 weeks and custom tuning will be available as well.
This is an exciting new feature and KTuner is showing us why yet again, they are the leader in CivicX #10thgen factory ECU development.
