I'm going to cash in my one free oil change from the dealership soon. ECU has been flashed by K-Tuner. Do I need to bother with flashing it back to stock? Would they even bother checking the ECU for something as simple as an oil change?

Best practice is to flash to stock when visiting dealers. I have an oil change coming up and plan to do just that

Unless you get free oil changes, I would say just go somewhere else and avoid the hassle.

I find the dealer price to be very reasonable for full synthetic + a filter. I'm sure there's a lot of decent small operation oil change places, but I like the piece of mind for a couple extra bucks.

My dealer hasn't said anything. There's no reason for them to check your ecu when they do an oil change.

I brought mine in without flashing it stock. No harm no foul.
