Honda limits power in 1st and 2nd from factory as well as giving it a low rev limit in neutral which makes a real launch almost impossible stock
Full power is available in 3rd + which is why it walks the Hyundai at full power

Once you run a tune and get full power or more the car is much better from a dig - pepo is running 0 to 60 in the 3s on his way to 10s@132 so its not the chassis so much as the factory tune/warranty claim avoidance lol

Its artificially handicapped from the factory but the trap speeds tell you it moves up top - look at the backhalf numbers
