Follow Derf.tuned on instagram. He’s my tuner and uses two different shops. He also post all the cars he tuned. He was expecting 375-380 based on previous tunes and our stock fuel pump
sounds like you won the golden fk8 fuel pump haha

Hi guys, wanted to share my dyno tuned results. Mods as follows:
HKS - IC, FP, DP, and exhaust
PRL - charge pipes
Mishimoto- intake and Radiator
Hondata Flash Pro
Fuel - pump gas 93

I was expecting somewhere between 370-380 whp, but for some reason my tuner was able to get 390 on this setup.

Sweet. That’s what I’m looking for. I wish we had more tuner shops in my area.

Check out Redstar motoring (ask for Pepo) from PR, IG: @redstarmotoring . They remote tune and also have the first Type R to hit the 10s.

Definitely in the future. Need a camera. iPhone front camera isn’t working. Sounds amazing, especially when boost hits 28 pounds. Yes on the WOT and no dig. You just end up spinning. Maybe on slicks or DR’s. I’ll get you guys the video from 60 plus.
Absolutely phenomenal numbers!! ? How are you able to hit 28psi in stock turbo? I'm tuned and only hit 19psi. And it had to be dialed BACK to 19psi because any higher boost and my turbo would be maxed out according to my tuner Phearable.

Yes, is that the difference in boost sea level people are hitting with a tune? I knew horsepower numbers would be less here, I didn't think we would be making 10psi less boost though?
My math is simplistic and I'm probably missing something, but sea level air pressure is about 22.5% higher than denvers. So maybe the turbo would have to spin 22.5% faster to hit a given boost level because of the thinner air. I'm sure I'm missing something in the math, but I do know that's the basic concept.
