Was looking at the owner's manual and it seems that we have an indirect TPMS sensor so I am assuming that there isn't a sensor on the OEM wheels. Also, thank you everyone for the help relating to the tires!!
That’s correct. No sensor to swap over, just install new wheels and tires and perform calibration through the touchscreen.

Happy that there isn't a sensor to swap over because it would have been another hundred or so to unmount and mount the tires on the OEM wheel lol. But also do wish we had a TPMS sensor that tells us the PSI of our tires, I did buy a separate item that lets me monitor the PSI and it just goes onto the air valve.

Anyone in here running a 275/35/18 on 18x9.5+45 with stock suspension height?

Just for future reference for anyone reading, Tire rack recommended 245/40 18 tires with my +45 18x8 offset wheels - this was for my all season daily drive tires and wheel package. They work great.
