So back in February 2017 I bought my Hatchback Sport and did the red pinstripe on the bottom kit as my first mod. Since then, I almost see (in this forum and on the streets) all Hatchback Sports with it. So to my Honda Fam owners here’s my take on a new look using some black decals.
I like to call them faux fender vents. I cut up 4 pieces for each side and it gives a more aggressive look (as if it isn’t aggressive looking already, lol). The top and bottom are slightly angled at the tips to give it a better flow with the contours of the car.
And it gives about +10 hp. Lol:rofl:

Have fun everyone!

You can order through any Honda dealership or online. Hondapartsnetwork.com has it at a good price. Must order 4.

What about install? Do you have to remove tires?
The proper way is to remove the tires and pop the emblems out from the inside.

An "easy" method I have used on other cars is to take some strong duct tape/3m adhesive and stick it to the tire, then yank it off quickly with pliers... I wasn't able to get this to work because of the raised H logos didn't allow the tape to stick well.

The method I used was to get a 1/4" drill bit and drill into the cap then pull it off. Obviously this will ruin the caps but I was feeling lazy and didn't care to keep the stock caps anyway.

I recommend removing the tires. Then they pop out easily from the inside. It may be somewhat time consuming (jacking the car up, removing lugnuts, etc.) but you can position the emblem the correct direction you want it to be. And another reason to clean the inner part of the rim;)

I went on hondaparts network to order these but there was no pic. I’m just concerned that they will send the regular style not the red

Part number for the regular black is 44732-TR3-A01, so they should ship the red ones to you with the other part number.
