fk7 civic sport hatch arm rest padding?

Does anyone know of aftermarket pads for the door/ center console arm rest pads? I would love to have just a bit more padding on them...

Also has anyone had their door panels off? it almost looks like the arm rest section of the door panels just snaps into place...? That would make it a lot easier to get reworked by an upholstery shop if i can find anything pre-made.
