Fitment question

First time wanting to buy a set of wheel and rubber. Can someone tell me if this is going to fit good

I have a coupe lx 2017 stock suspension and not going to be lowered

I'm going to assume this is an 18x8 +40 wheel correct? It will fit as that's the close to the OEM specs of my Si which is 18x8 +50. You're just going to have to convert and find the right tires to match your speedometer since you're upsizing. For instance mine are 18x8 +50 with a tire profile of 235/40R18.
