I'm looking to get some Avid1 AV06 Rims
18/9.5 +38
I'm Lowered on D2 Springs
Will this work?
I don't want any rubbing, I don't have spacers, no fender rolling
Will these work, and if so, what size tire would fit?

Ideally for an 18x9.5" wheel you want to go with a +45 offset. If you go lower than that you'll start to get poke. With +45 you can run a 255/35-18 or 265/35-18 tire but with the lower offset you'll probably have to go down to a 245/35-18 to clear the fenders on a lowered car. On a 9.5" wheel that will give you some tire stretch.

Personally there are few things I hate more than the poke+stretch look but that's up to you.
