After a bit of research here I'm pretty confident this will work on a stock suspension Si right? This doesn't seem to be on the very aggressive side at all and I'm estimating this will be pretty flush and not rub. Planning on getting the Enkei TS-5 in bronze or grey in 18x8.5 +38. 255/35-18 seems to have a good selection of summer tires as well.

It will fit forsure. I have 255/40/17's (Enkei TS-5's as well) which is the same overall diameter as a 255/35/18. Something like 635mm.
Worst case you'll have to bend in the front fender tab but from what i read on the forums, 2019 SI's dont have the tab poking out. You should be golden!

If you lookup 245/40/18 on Tirerack, you'll see more than twice the selection for tires. 245mm is the default fitment for 8.5" rims. You can run max performance summer tires year-long if you don't go near snow with the car. Fitment will be fine (less than 2% difference):

Yeah I could go either size really so lots of choices. 245/40 would be perfect for that width whereas a 255/35 really wants a 9" width but min is 8.5".
