You can load 5 tunes from the laptop to the tunerview.

Then, you can update a tune in your ECU directly from tunerview.

You can also switch tunes on the fly, by cruise control, but i can't help you because i have initial support for my ktuner 1.2.

As far as I know, you can’t switch tunes on the fly. Maps yes, but not tunes. Tunes have to be flashed. Just putting that out there.

I have understood this:
- you can switch maps directly by tunerview
- you can switch tunes (3 inside map) on the fly by cruise control buttom.
Is it right?

On the fly map switching means you load a tune (containing 3 maps) and then you can switch between the individual maps with the cc buttons.

I generally don't use Tunerview but my understanding is you can upload a tune with it but you can't switch maps with it.

I don't believe you can. But even if you could, why would you? It would be much more distracting and clunky. Using the steering wheel CC buttons works really, really well.

Actually you save the tune into your KTuner unit and you can initiate the Flash process with TunerView.

That's On the fly map switching with the cruise buttons. Those are two different things. You just switch to different maps within the "tune".
With TunerView you flash a different tune to the ECU.
