GT TUNE finally get 311.7 HP for 10th Civic 1.5T.

What have been upgrade:

Owen custom made Turbo - sent stock turbo to UK and design new core.
Custom connecting rod from R & R.

The main reason not change to forge piston as we tested stock piston look like still can handle this kind of house power. However stock connecting rod must change. The stock connecting rod can handle about 1.7 bar ( 25-26 psi), if more than that very possible will be bent.

The dyno we tested @ 2 bar (29 psi). Will try more after change 4 bar MAP sensor.

What would the 0-60 time on a custom job like that be? That looks crazy!

I noticed on the dyno graph that torque on this build seems to peak very early (around 4K RPM) and then drops fairly sharply. Is this already running a custom tune, or would it be possible to smooth out that torque curve a bit?

So not only are the figures in PS (1.13% higher than HP), they are also DELIBERATELY inflated 15% MORE. These are far from "true" power figures. The "TCF" or "Total Correction Factor" is a figure that Dynapack owners can enter at any time (and any value) that serves no other purpose than to "fluff" or artificially "inflate" the figures just so they "look better". This is not 311hp, and anyone expecting it to be is going to be sorely disappointed when they put their car on a dyno that has a dyno operator that doesn't intentionally inflate the power figures.

At most this is something like 265hp. Which we're already making on a 100% stock and unmodified turbo.

if you pay $1 for fake numbers you got robbed. You can pay @VitViper around $800 for a v2 and a tune and he will give you real numbers that beat these fake inflated numbers

Vit is working on a larger turbo upgrade as we speak. Pretty sure they Dyno'd @maddmatt02 with downpipe intake and tune at 300 lb ft of tq. and the hp number was over 250 or 260. Youll need a clutch to handle that though and it was slipping bad at that power. Vit already has one available through clutchmasters.

If you dont care about blowing out a CVT, I bet vit will do whatever you want with the explicit consent that you understand you are going to ruin your cvt lol. Im running a custom tune with solid 22 psi from him on my CVT. The Downpipe and Turbo upgrade would probably still be ok, he would just keep the tune in soft down low where the tq would kill the cvt and tune up the hp up top where its less of an issue.
