File integrity failure

Hey everyone I'm kinda stuck right now.... I'm trying to upload a tune via KTUNER and I keep on getting this error when I try to upload it, I have contacted ktuner but they haven't been much help I was wondering if anyone has seen this error? I've cleared tunes via the special commands but no good ?

I would try to check and see if your source file is corrupt. See if you can re-download it, assuming it is not one you made yourself.

We already told you in an email to contact your tuner about this. Posting all over and sending private messages on different forums isn't going to get you a different response.
