The OEM Factory optional wheels in 17x7 weigh ~48lbs with the OEM Continental ProContact TX's. They are also ET45 if that helps.

Ok. First post so jumping into this wheel discussion. I used Tirerack to check snow tire sizes for my 2018 Civic hatchback sport. It said I can go down from 18 inch to 17 inch tire; It’s actually better in snow. Does anyone have experience with this and can I expect handling of the car to feel the same?Because I bought some 17 “ winter tires/rims with this in mind. Part 2 of questio: one rim has a slight dent in it (see pic). I rolled the dice on being able to fix this cheaply, but read rim repair can be $60 to $400. The guy who sold rims said the tire was not losing air as result of dent. I take that as a good sign even though I plan to get it fixed. Can anyone eyeball this rim and give idea of cost to fix? Thanks
