Nope. Waste of money.

The only one that MAY be worth it is the Zurich shield. But I don't know much about it. And even if I did, I probably still would decline to buy.

I am thinking of getting it. I fear things going wrong after the basic warranty expires.

I bought the 6 year/80k. Probably was a waste of money, but it provides peace of mind. I also bought the Zurich Shield. I feel that is worth the money. It covers door dings, windshield cracks and alloy wheel damage, even replacing the wheel. I had it on my 2013 Accord Sport too, and all it takes is one mistake and your wheel gets jacked up. It costs about $100-150 to get a wheel refinished, so for the cost of Zurich for 5 years/unlimited mileage, it was a worthwhile investment to me.

There are a few packages in Canada.
Full details here: https://www.honda.ca/owners/warranty/honda-plus

Extended warranty: 6 yr / 160K KM = $1,718CAN
Tire/RIM protection: 36 months = $349
Owner Confort (dent, windshield, etc): 36 months = $609
Roadside assistance: I do not see the price in the link

It will become expensive if all packages are purchased.

Why would you want a refund on gap?

Idk, partially because it cost 800 dollars, which contributed to around a 4k increase in my OTD price. Do most people go for the gap insurance?
I did not purchase GAP. The finance manager at my dealership was pretty cool and actually had purchased the first SI they received. I got the second. He advised against GAP because the SI doesn't depreciate quite a fast as a normal civic model. This and I also put down $5500 cash. So I did not get any extended warranties or add ons.

You have a few months (6 I think) after buying to still get in on the extended factory coverage. I got 8 yr, 120K from Hyannis Honda for $910 ($100 deductible). For me, it was more about all the electronics than engine concerns. This car is full of gizmos. It gives you roadside for that amount of time, as well.
