i see, had my headers and downpipe changed along with the exhaust system maybe that's why, just waiting on my flashpro hopefully that will fix the check engine light issue

How does this affect that? Your saying like because on a rear wheel drive car where the wheels can spin a spoiler would have more of an effect?

Spoilers are best when there pushing down on the drive tiers. Tho some can be designed to give stability and help the back from swinging out in corners.

Never go catless unless you can tune for it. The CEL being on triggers safety measures and will run the car rich to stop detonation. You see this as black soot on your bumper. Once tuned for a catless setup that goes away.
From what I have read Hondata is not setup for a catless system and will not turn off your CEL.
K-Tuners will turn off the CEL and can tune for catless
