Error install Cruise Control Civic 1.8E 2019 import Thailand!

Hi everybody!
I just installed Cruise Control for my car via guide waqas ahmad!
When I press cruise main bottom, the light is on, but pressing set bottom is not working even though my car run over 50km/h.
Somebody said that my car was blocked ECU CC by OEM. Is it correct?

Is 50kmph even fast enough for cruise to work? Try going faster? Here in America the cruise set button only works once you’re at 40mph(64~kmph).

I drive over 80km/h or 100km/h, isn't working.

Yes! The Civic 1.8E Asian doesn't have Cruise Control.
