We all know catless downpipes are no longer available on the new market as a result of EPA crackdowns.
I just read that 6 months ago EPA threatened a $180,000 fine to a small speed shop in Colorado for selling 37 hondata s300s in a two year span. PFI speed had a disclaimer "for race cars only" and didn't install or tune the vehicles but couldn't prove they were installed on dedicated race cars. EPA demanded sales info for all 37 hondatas. The shakedown stated pay $18,000 within 30 days or else pay $180,000
