I bought mine from Cox a year ago. They technically don't come with clips and you can find clips that will fit at a US Honda dealer parts dept, but you can ask them to include it with the shipment for a couple of bucks.

Got my OEM ones from ICB, easy install. They snap into existing holes in engine bay.. Each side had a spot that lined up with hole in engine bay but no clip provided. Luckily I have an Amazon set w variety of clips/sizes. Had one that fit and looked oem. I also tucked edge under hood seal above headlights. See folks that have edge resting top of seal. Now waiting on my titanium coolant tank
