Hi all.

So I've just recently built my engine and it runs prefect, but even since I put it back in a have this random issue where the engine cut out.

As I'm normally driving at the time it restarts due to the engine still rotating.

No codes are coming up when i look for them via Hondata. All I have found is that the Battery voltage drops from 14.5volts to 12.5volts then back up to 14.5
I've triple checked all engine loom connections, ecu pins and power cables to find nothing wrong.

To me it seems the power to the ecu is being lost forcing it to reboot as the Wideband isn't active after the event.

Does anybody have any advice as to what to check or try.

Thanks Dave

Any signs of rodent activity where you park at night? This certainly sounds like damaged wiring.

No rodent damage anywhere.
I did however got a code of P068a (PCM power relay de-energized) so I'm thinking it could be one of the Relays on the relay board located inside the under hood fuse box.

UPDATE:

It turned out to be an issue with Hondata.
I had updated the flashpro manager to v3.7.9 ( I think ) before uploading the calibation for the built motor.
After updating Flashpro manager to the latest release v3.8 the problem went away.

Turns out a few other people have had this issue and there is a post on the Hondata forum
