So i have a 2016 honda civic lx ( prolly the most basic civic) and i was wondering if there are any cool mods i could do to the engine. I know its not a si or type r but im stuck with this car for a little bit so i wanna have fun with it and do what i can. Any suggestions or recommendations?? I barely started learning about cars too

Ktuner and a CAI for power. Bigger rear sway bar and better tires for handling.

At that point your LX would be a bit of a sleeper.

My 2.0 cvt are stock. Is it worth it to tune it with ktuner? Im not expecting night and day difference but at least a little torque or response.
And i want my vtec to engage at least to a lower rpm

So whats the difference

RV6 catted comes with a less restrictive cat and the rv6 pcd is a free flowing pipe. Don’t really know the difference in performance gains it’s probably exactly the same but with a new cat you’ll get better performance than the stock. So if you want better flowing exhaust through the cat id go with the one that comes with a cat other than that I’d go with the rv6 pcd (1st one pictured) for 120$ less. It’s really up to how much work you wanna do and if you want a 30 min to hour job or a 3+ hour job which you’ll probably need help with. I have the rv6 pcd and it’s pretty nice it pairs well with my triple exit delete.

I have a rv6 catted dp, k&n cai, tein coilovers and magnaflow exhaust (no tuner yet). most drastic difference so far for me was upgrading the rear swaybar with a 22mm whiteline
