Emissions problem after loading tune? Normal or problem?

Probably a noob situation here...So after I got a new clutch to hold the power of a few newly added mods, I uploaded the TSP Stage 1 tune. The car runs great but a code popped up on my hondata mobile app, Code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold. (As well as my engine light saying emissions problem on the dash) I'm wondering if this is to be expected since the tune does play with the emissions, or if I have a problem. Anybody had this happen before? Anyway to clear this code if it is normal?

Yes, all I had to do was select the option to disable the secondary o2 sensor via Hondata and reload the tune and it cleared. When you upgrade your down pipe you want to do this to avoid a CEL. Runs great now.
