Emissions CEL and Remote Start

Hello fellow forum friends, I’m very new to these forums and I was hoping I could get some insight on my issue. So I recently installed my PRL Catted downpipe. Love the sound and performance, although my car threw a CEL which is fine, i’ll be purchasing a KTuner shortly. Although my remote start is not working, is there such a thing in which Honda’s will not remote start with an emissions light?

its a safety feature, get rid of cel.
