Eibach prokit installed and driven for 500 miles or so then aligned.

My problem is my right side passenger rear sits 1-2mm lower than the left driver side.

To the eye you can’t tell, I only know cause it was measured.

Is this part of manufacturing tolerances that is acceptable or is my install wrong ? I had the installer double chdck it and nothing he can do differently.

Measuring fender gaps? That’s within factory tolerance. On some cars, it’s normal to have 1 to 2 inches of variance from left to right, straight out of the factory.

Did you say MM as in milimeter?

You're concerned about a variance of 1-2mm?

That's a bit precise for something like suspension don't you feel?

Yup 2 MILLIMETERS, he said 2-3mm

Well that’s why I posted... I wasn’t sure .

It wasn’t me that brought it to my attention, it was my installer. He measured on a leveled floor up and said if it was coil overs he can adjust it but since it’s springs it’s just manufacturing tolerances.

It’s not that I don’t believe him, I just wanted to share and see if anyone else had similar differences from side to side.

Two other things to take into account is that the floor is never perfectly flat, and the weight in each corner varies. My driveway looks even on both sides, but when I park, the rear passenger and front driver side always compresses more than the driver side.

Honesty it seems ideal to me. Once you sit in your car, the left side would be lower anyways.
