Well it was about time to post this up. If anyone has questions, throw them in the comments.

It was a painful process and took about 2 days to figure things out and then install.

I'll be posting more information as I test the system out

Update:

Disconnected the system for now, AFR was RICH. Went through 3 quarts in a day of 50/50 mix, but there was no leaks. Came up with a theory and did some research to confirm. Well it looks like because the injector was mounted behind the throttle body, in the spacer I added, it was slurping it right up haha. Vacuum pressure..

So I need this part now.

So I should be back with an update in a week or so.

Part installed and the system is testing well.

Short term fuel trim is adjusting by -3.24% during full injection. Long term trim is unaffected so far.

Injection start is 10psi and max injection at 23psi, was hitting 24psi durring pulls. Did several hard pulls in a row and knock control didn't budge from .49. Outside temp was 75° and IATs were running 78-81°. Engine temp staying at 175°.

Time to add some timming and boost ;)

how much was the kit and are you tuning it yourself?
$559 and yup, for now. Ktuner has been very helpful with advise! I figure I'll go to vit and get a custom tune once the new clutch is In, and broken in. For now I'll adjust myself.

Update:

The system is working great! With this I'm able to keep knock control at .49 during hard pulls. With AFR at 11.7 during WOT, 24psi tune. So looks like the engine is nice and happy.
Tho I rather not run that lean so I'll be dialing it back and see what I can do in the ignition tables.

To no surprise my clutch has started to slip. So I'll be ordering a aftermarket one pretty quickly. I plan on getting a fx350 once clutchmasters has cores for the flywheel in stock, I was told 30-45 days.

Once the clutch is broken in I'll be getting dyno tuned with and without the meth system. So I can run 2 tunes, one requiring methanol. This should also tell me how much power this system is really giving me. I'll make sure to post up the dynos:thumbsup:

is there a fail safe in the event the methanol pump stops working in the middle of a pull?

Only alerts from the controller, low level, pump failure, clogged line.

I would like to add something or find a way to have the throttle cut in the event of one of these warnings.

yeah definitely man, you don't wanna be running all that advanced timing if the methanol pump decides to give out mid pull  definitely cant wait to see the dyno results! I think methanol is a better alternative to e85 IMO. I might consider this mod sometime in the near future.

Which is why I'm taking things up gradually xD as well. I was able to hold 25 psi at WOT today :) backing down the AFR a little helped with the clutch slip. I'm pretty much limmited till the stock clutch is gone xD

Where did you get throttle body plate from? Didn't see it on the site?
