I just opened a dispute against the charge and it appears that everything is in my favor. My consumer justice boner is raging

If i don't dispute now, then if dsg failed on the next 'expected delivery date', then my state of limitations for opening a dispute will have passed and I'd have no recourse. In that case, my money could be with dsg indefinitely.

After 3 months of this headache, I'm just going to pony up for nicer wheels that are in stock locally.

I won't let a company lie to me twice and keep my money, and I can't risk them missing the next delivery date and losing my window to dispute.

I was lucky enough to get a set of these wheels from a local shop just 5 days after opening the dispute. Somebody else backed out and I got their spot.
