I've finally installed my Mugen front lip and side skirts. It looks really good IMO, it made the front end and side profile of the car more aggressive. Installation was very easy! I just wish that it used all the OEM clips that ran through the rocker instead of just double sided tape.

There is only one for the 10th Gen look it up in kingmotorsports.com

That's not what I've heard. RHDJapan even specifies that one doesn't fit the USDM Type R. I've seen two different numbers for the Mugen steering wheel:

78501-XNCF-K0S0-R

or

78501-XNCF-K1S0-R

Do you have a Mugen wheel?

I have the one from kingmotorsports on the way. They only list the one correct?

Good to know about the 2 numbers. I can confirm mine when it arrives.

I believe it's the 78501-XNCF-K1S0-R that I'll be getting.

Something crazy just happened while I was browsing through Facebook. A guy just parted out his car due to a blown motor and purchased the following:

27Won W1 turbo
27Won intercooler
27Won turbo inlet pipe

Also waiting for the front pipe and down pipe too

I sold my Invidia R400 exhaust because I did something impulsively and I blame @simonjr for this!

The missing piece of the puzzle for my full 27Won build! The quality of their products and packaging never ceases to amaze me!

Time for more power!

I've been holding on to the 27 Won W1 turbo, down pipe, and front pipe installation for quite some time now. But since I had plenty of extra time over the past couple of days, I figured I might as well do it because, why not?

The biggest challenge of the install was the Inlet pipe. The stock one was quite a challenge to take off, the 27won one was quite a battle to put on because of how massive it is!

Also used bolts instead of the studs to attach the turbo and downpipe. It took longer to find the right thread pitch than to install this!

Overall I would say the install was a 6/10, being the inlet pipe took the longest to work around. The work took approximately 7 hours with basic tools and a bit of knowledge

Another impulse purchase! My clutch was slipping just a bit after the +9 tune, but it worsened after the turbo upgrade. I was going to wait til Spring 2022 to purchase a new clutch but here it is! Competition Clutch stage 2 kit and Whiteline front control arm kit, along with a 27mm front sway bar (not in the photo). A couple of friends enlightened me into getting everything done at the same time while the subframe is off the car for the clutch swap, which makes sense.

Huge shoutout to @Thusee , @Unity Performance , Jay, and @Cndpearlsi for putting these boxes in front of me when I said I wasn't buying anything?

Nice! I’m absolutely curious about how those front LCAs will work out.

The front control arms are amazing. I have them on my si as well! Felt like it completed the front and feels much more planted.

I didca comparison on @Thusee 's car and mine since we both have the similar suspension setups. With mine, I could feel the front end lifting a bit on high speed turns but his car felt planted all the way. The steering was less vague and it felt more precise.

Seems like only difference between that kit and just the anti-lift bushings is that the bushings are pressed into the OEM LCAs, yeah? Are the LCAs included with the kit lighter/stronger?

It's been a while since I last posted.

Decided to swap the Competition Clutch stage 2 to an ACT 6 Puck clutch kit. This will be installed hopefully before I put the car back on the road.

love your build. Beautiful car! I also saw how you plugged your coolant hose with a bolt, neat trick and a learned something new! Why did you swap out the clutch?
