Hey all - I'm considering purchasing the USR Turbo Blanket to help with keeping IAT lower:

Obviously turbo temperature will rise as a result of the heat staying in from the turbo blanket, but how risky is this for a non-tracked car? Are there other risks I should be aware of?
Car is my daily driver with a mix of 70% city / 30% highway driving running KTuner Stage 1 with no other mods. Usually 10-15 mins of city driving causes heatsoak, then IATs are usually 120F+ and I'm assuming timing is getting pulled, resulting in lower power output.
Anyone running the USR blanket and have any data points they could share on underhood temps as well? Thanks.
EDIT: Update. I have had this installed for a quite a while now and seems to be working great! IAT2 and IAT temps are down compared to stock while power is up considerably (due to other mods).
