Does bc racing coilovers have rebound and damping adjustments

I'm in the market for some coilovers and considering bc racing coilovers. I know they have damping but im wondering if they have rebound adjustments as well. If not what set of coilovers around the same price has both adjustments?

The regular BR coils do not, only ER coils and up have adjustable rebound.

I’m also considering Bc coil overs, is the minimum amount you lower your car, or the coil overs max height setting a 2 inch drop compared to stock? Trying to find a coil over good for track use but still need height adjustment as I daily the car and it does see winter driving.
