Do you think that the dealership can know what color they getting ?

I know the answer is NO and most they have no idea about anything.
But my dealer affirmed to me the next car is CW( so good to be true). has anyone have his dealer giving him the correct information what color they getting ? do you think for the second wave they could have more info at least what color they do have.

I've seen dealers claim it, but nothing to back it up.

As soon as it is allocated, the dealer knows. Usually about 30 days in advance. I worked at a Honda dealer for 5 years. What I speak is truth!

Ok, so the problem here is you are assuming it is allocated which they aren't as far as we have seen, hence the question in the OP. (Based on the usage of "next car") :p Dealers are claiming to know the color of the next CTR after the first one.

If there are new allocations, that's certainly news to me!

Go to automobiles.honda.com click on explore type r or build, go to the bottom of the page put in your zip and click your dealerahip and than view inventory it will tell you what color they are getting.

all i care is how much i can trust what they say about color ... am worried they get wrong again and the damn thing isnt cw do not care when it arrives he confirmed it is white but i have very hard time believe he has idea what color it is

They said they are a hi volume dealership supposedly getting black and red as well... so we will see
