Do you drive with no place to go?

Do you drive without no destination in mind?

At the beginning of Covid, gas was less than 70 cents. Now, it's $1.99 for reg. So yeah, I'm not doing any pointless driving anymore. Lol

Yeah, I will drive without knowing where I'm going.
And when my car breaks down I will start walking.
Because this is The Way.

Yes, but not as much as I ride with no particular reason.

I’m kinda hesitant to drive anywhere outside of town until I get rid of these rubber band tires and wheels and upgrade to 18s. What’s also holding me back is the lack of stock on wheels. Everyplace I know of has been sold out and slow to restock probably because of the pandemic.

Any chance I get, whether it's my CTR, my Silverado, or my Vulcan. It's good to help clear the mind and unplug from everything. Tack on some twisties or offroad trails... can't be beat.

One of my favorite things to do is find roads I've never driven down, drive them, and keep going until I'm lost. Then find my way back home. Has truly helped to develop my mental GPS.

I drive just for the fun of acceleration and to surprise many when I whip their butts

Unfortunately I found out that my 2020 EX Coupe has a governor set to 125 MPH. It gets there in no time, but suddenly stops at 125 MPH.

Need to removed that governor and see what it can really do. It was very smooth at 125 MPH and could easily handle more!

Of course I did this on a very isolated road, very flat and never have police in that area.

For those familiar with Vero Beach FL, take 60 west off I-95 going west towards the turnpike and there are many miles of flat straight roads to safely try to bring your Civic to the max!

And never any traffic or cops!

My version of driving for the sake of driving is enjoying a nice ride while going and grabbing a coffee and/or going to a store. And then there is my nightly trip to the lake to do some stretching ??‍♂

Depends on where you are. In cali, you gotta be careful. You can't just drive and end up in the hood and get shot lol. I always want to know where I am or where I'll be. I can pick anywhere and still know. For safety.
