Yeah, sure. I used to play football at college and still have such a habit. We gather with my co-workers every Sunday to play football and to match some interesting matches of our favorite club. Yeah, I do sports quite regularly, mostly doing fitness and stretching. I also try to eat clean to maintan the same weight that I have. I've also found this Fine-health site recently, it has quite useful information and tips about different healthy ways of losing weight.
