Do i need new TPMS sensors for new rims/tires?

I am looking into buying a new set of aftermarket rims and tires. When I buy put the rims/tires in my cart on carid, there are no options to add TPMS but when I do the same on fitnessindustries, it gives me the option to add TPMS. Do I need new TPMS sensors if I buy aftermarket rims and tires? The new rims are larger than my current ones so I cant reuse the tires.
