I have a 10th gen civic si coupe and on my dash I have multiple lights on I’m not sure what to do. The lights that appear is traction control, check engine, tire pressure, brake hold, cruise control, and ect. I’m not to sure if I need to recalibrate the car system. If so would recalibrating it erase my tunes?

Look under your hood, there may be rodents that would have damaged the wiring.

Any mod to you car ? alarm systems. Audio amps, Honda data

Yes i have a down pipe front pipe intercooler charge pipes motor mount aftermarket intake and full exhaust with a custom tune. I double checked the wirings and nothing everything seems to be good. I saw a YouTuber who had the same codes all he did was recalibrate the cars system so I’m down to do that but I’m not sure if it will erase my tune.

Flash tunes won't be removed by anything but flashing back to stock. Try disconnecting the battery negative terminal overnight. Will reset many systems and may help. Just keep in mind you will need to drive again to teach the driver assistance settings and they may freak out on first start.

Seconding @Guitar_stitch

When the battery is about to give up the ghost, the unstable voltage will cause some of the aux systems to go haywire.

There is no "re-calibrate the car system" to specifically clear a whole bunch of error info lights. If some system, for some reason needs to calibrate, it does so automatically as the car is driven.

You can force this to happen by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, re-connect this and then go for a drive.

However, miss-calibration of one of the sub-systems is unlikely to be what caused a bunch of error info lights to come on in the first place.

As mentioned, the most common cause of this is a failing battery.

HOWEVER, all we are doing here on the Internet for you is guessing. Always, always, always, on modern cars, the first step in troubleshooting issues like this is pull (or have someone) the DTCs.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but DTCs are a second step. First step is ensuring clean, tight battery terminals and good battery health. If the electrical supply to the computer modules (and related sensors) is unstable, any DTCs pulled cannot be assumed accurate.
