Im getting this "film" build up inside my headlights after retrofitting them last January. Anyone else having the same issue?

- Osram CBB's

I haven’t noticed that type of hazing within my retrofit, as far as I can tell. I wonder if it may be due to the 50w ballast you’re using that may be providing more heat within the housing with no real way to dissipate?

My first thought was that the 50w ballast burning too hot, but even if You downgrade at this point the damage is already done. Are these oem headlights? Aftermarket headlights melt easy.
I suggest you sign up with headlight junkies on Facebook those guys would have more answers and solutions for you.

My first guess was also the sealant used but ill be bringing it back to the shop this week. Hopefully it gets fixed. Will also try switching to 35w instead and yes, they are oem. Got them from another civic. Ill update you guys.
