So I was playing with setting.. I hit the change skin setting under Display color, once I hit the button it said it may take a few seconds the screen changed to grassy flower pic, but all of my apps and settings audio and the extra things that it originally showed was gone. I don't know how to change it back =( help please! Also it's a 2016 Honda Civic EX-L

You need to go to the skin settings and change it back.

Swipe left or right through the screens until you find the settings app.

You could try long pressing on an empty space on the screen, which should bring up an option to add an app.

Else, you can factory reset by swiping down from the top of the screen to get to the Android settings.
