During the swedish winter the roads gets very dirty (studs tires are very popular). Every morning the asphalt is wet so on the highway the cars get sprayed with this sh*t in no time.
I noticed that my side windows gets very dirty and after a wile it becomes a little difficult to check the side mirrors.
I never had this problem with other cars. I know that the side mirrors should protect against this.
My winter wheels poke out 2 cm (ET40) and I installed mudflaps. Can this be the cause of the problem?

ET40, that’s why. Put ET60s back on, 8.5” wide. Or even 8” wide ET60 will throw less water than stock.
