Did Honda slip heated side mirrors into the 2020 Type R and forget to tell anyone?

So, after more than two months of waiting, I finally got my SUMA Performance side mirrors in today. However, when I went to install them, I was met with a pair of wires connected to the back of the OEM mirrors, with what looks like a heating element zig-zagging across the entire back of the mirror. Now, I looked over Honda's spec sheet for the 2020 Type R, and I can't find any mention of heated mirrors.

Honda announced the 2020 was getting heated mirrors. It was a small announcement bc they wanted to focus on the larger grille, new brake rotors, and upgraded sensors (oh and honda sensing, but that was just bc other civics got it too).

Honda didn't mention it because it didn’t want to piss off tens of thousands 2017-2019 US owners. Calling the 2017-2019 a Touring trim in the US was a travesty by not having heated side mirrors that the rest of the world got.

The seats I understood, but not the mirrors.
It's way too easy to add heated seats and being a "touring" model, I don't see why they left that out. Oh well.

So basically I am assuming now you have to order mirrors now that have the heated mirror function? Might as well order the ones with the signal in the glass as it's an easy wire up with your signal wires already in your housing.
