Seems kind of overpriced, isn't a brand new 2021 like 29.5k? You'd probably get better finance rates too.

My new sport touring was around $26k. That is an awful price.

The last time I looked at civics inventory at a dealer was when I had my A/C compressor replaced this summer. They had almost 20 of them, mostly lower trim sedans, some 2.0, some sports, some coupes, two Tourings, only two hatchbacks, one of them not the current year. Zero hatchbacks ST. Zero Si. Same at another dealer.
