Found a Major Flaw in Calculations

All tires I chose were summer tires. Rather choose all seasons.

You’d like my build thread lol. I can confirm as being all stock 6MT. But with ultra light wheels and 250lbs weight reduction, the car is *completely* different from stock in regards to pull.

I just replied to your thread. You went from 2742lbs to 2492lbs, which is awesome. Your weight to power ratio went from 17.6lbs to 15.9lbs per hp. Very nice! Following to see what I can pick at to apply to my Civic. ;)

What tire size are you using? I can't see what it is exactly from your thread. Is it 215/55-16?

Thanks for following along. Currently I’m running some stock size 16’s. 215/55. Planning on changing because the tires suck. Something more sticky. I have a line on some summer 205/55R16 tires that are a bit undersized from stock. It keeping in mind at ~2500lbs I don’t need tons of tire width to grip.

In near future, and keeping weight in mind and a slightly undersized rolling diameter, I’d like a 17x7.5 Volk OG TE37 and a 215/45R17. That setup should net about the same weight as my current, with slight underdrive gearing effect due to going from 25.3” RD to 24.6”. ?
