So I like both the pro civic grille and the ikon grille. And both should (In theory) Aid in cooling. Got a few questions for those of you that have either.
1. does the oem red type r “H” fit without modification?
2.can you install (properly) the oem si badge to either?
3. If you have one please post a pic and describe how the fit is.
thanks!
Pic for reference. Top is pro civic bottom is ikon.

I have the type r style ikon one and have no issue with Fitment, my only complaint was the eyebrow pieces seemed flimsy to me so I stuck with the OEM eyebrow pieces. Not sure about Si, but the hatchback has a bar in front that shows through (where the outside ambient temp sensor is at) I just painted that black cause it is visible through the grill, but once black it disappears 100%. First photo shows the bar through the front. Second photo shows the bar in a photo. 3rd & 4th show the car after painting the bar (completely disappears). Last photo shows what bar I’m talking about with the bumper removed

Yeah it does, just have to make sure it’s level. It has the holes to put the little plastic tips from the Honda logo in, but they’re a little over sized (compared to OEM) so if your not careful you can install it with a bit of a crooked slant. So what I did was install the tips into the hole and push the Honda emblem up so its sitting up against the top of the holes so it’s leveled, and just pressed in like normal and no complaints
