Unless you "have to drive under any conditions" consider a higher rated A/S tire for year-round use.
The cost to manage 2 sets of tires/wheels is considerable.
1) Pick a tire that will fit your wheels, or buy winter wheels.
2) Pick a tire with the best/better rating for your vehicle and weather.

I would just stick with the stock all seasons, but I need winters for insurance purposes.

On an almost unrelated note,

Anyone know if these https://www.kijiji.ca/v-tires-rims/...16/1289924968?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true would fit the stock 16" Kinergy GT wheels?

Get the winter tires. All-season tires suck when the going gets tough. I've lived with both and would not want to drive in snow n' slush with all-season tires ever again. Having an extra set of wheels is great for convenience, too -- I changed my wheels on my own schedule, not a tire shop's.

The 215/55-16s on the Toyota rims you posted first should be okay. I don't know what the centerbore of those wheels are, though, so I don't know if you'll need centering rings to go with them.

I'm not sure what you're asking -- are you wondering if they'll fit the Kinergy tires? I'll bet they will, if that's what you want to know.

In my experience, all season tires just don't work as well as true snow tires for winter driving.
