Dealer damage my Rim

I took my car for the intervene service 2 weeks ago it was due for Oil Change and Tire Rotation and I notice just today my Rim its damage I dont know if its from the tire rotation but i know for fact it wasnt there and I havent Curved Scratch my wheel neither . It looks like somehow my tire got Slice too , the Rim doesnt look scratch along like if i hit a curved it looks more of a hit damage rype of thing and under wheres is damge you can see the tire damaged also
